• This special offer is provided with the assurance of Tepenet Fiber Internet.
• Valid for residential subscribers served by the local fiber infrastructure.
• All taxes are included in the prices you see; no surprise extra charges.
• No commitment, full freedom! However, future updates to our tariffs may affect campaign prices.
• If you cancel your service, no early-termination fee will be charged.
• The fiber activation fee is non-refundable upon cancellation of the subscription.
• If you cancel your fiber subscription, the modem and ONT devices must be returned to Tepenet complete and in working condition. The cost of any unreturned device will be added to your invoice.
• During installation, the devices are handed over to you with a delivery report, for use throughout your subscription.
• Your cancellation request is finalized once the devices reach us.
• If you prefer not to return the modem, simply state this in your cancellation request; in that case, the device cost will be added to your final invoice.
• For new internet subscriptions, a one-time installation and activation fee of 1,300 TL applies.
