Website: www.tepenet.com.tr. MERSIS: 0839054831900022 and tax details: Körfez/8390548319 . The CUSTOMER is the individual or legal entity identified in the electronic application, including identity, service address and contact details.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This Agreement governs the remote sale and provision of fiber, VDSL or wireless internet services requested through Tepenet's website or other remote communication channels. Special BTK requirements for establishing telecommunications subscriptions remain applicable.

ARTICLE 3 – SERVICE AND ORDER DETAILS

The order summary identifies the package [PACKAGE], connection type [TYPE], download/upload speeds [SPEED], any data cap [CAP], total monthly price TRY [AMOUNT], installation TRY [AMOUNT], activation TRY [AMOUNT], taxes [DETAILS], payment method [METHOD] and expected connection date [DATE]. Paid optional services are separately disclosed before confirmation.

ARTICLE 4 – PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION AND FORMATION

Before ordering, the PROVIDER discloses essential service features, total charges, payment and performance terms, complaint channels and applicable withdrawal/termination rights. A website application alone does not establish a subscription. Formation requires identity verification, approval and other BTK-mandated steps. The Agreement and related documents are delivered through a legally compliant durable medium.

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICE DELIVERY AND ACTIVATION

Service begins after infrastructure availability is verified and required installation is completed. Tepenet informs the CUSTOMER of activation and the service number where applicable. If service cannot technically be supplied, the CUSTOMER is notified and payments for unprovided service are lawfully refunded. Force majeure delays are communicated within a reasonable time.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT AND BILLING

The CUSTOMER pays the service and one-time charges disclosed in the order summary. Billing cycle: [CYCLE]; due date: [RULE]; payment channels: [CHANNELS]. Late fees or interest are disclosed in advance and cannot exceed legal limits. Restriction or suspension follows BTK notice and procedure requirements. Price changes are announced as required by law.

ARTICLE 7 – MODEM AND ONT EQUIPMENT

Modems, ONTs, adapters and recorded accessories supplied for use remain Tepenet's property and are not sold. The handover record identifies model, serial number and condition. The CUSTOMER must exercise reasonable care but is not liable for ordinary wear or faults not attributable to them. On termination, equipment is returned via [METHOD/ADDRESS] within the disclosed [PERIOD]. Only previously disclosed, lawful and substantiated charges may be claimed for non-return or damage attributable to the CUSTOMER. Pending equipment return does not prevent acceptance of termination.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Tepenet must provide the selected service in accordance with disclosed specifications and applicable law, address faults within its responsibility and protect subscriber information. The CUSTOMER must supply accurate details, pay invoices, safeguard equipment and use the service lawfully. Neither party may rely on an exclusion of liability that removes the other's mandatory statutory rights.

ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The CUSTOMER retains withdrawal rights under Law No. 6502 and applicable distance-contract rules. Where a 14-day withdrawal right applies to the transaction, its starting date, exceptions and consequences of early service commencement must be clearly disclosed before contracting. No loss of rights or exception may be asserted without legally required separate consent. Termination of the no-commitment subscription is independent of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 10 – NO COMMITMENT AND TERMINATION

The internet subscription is indefinite and carries no minimum commitment. The CUSTOMER may request termination at any time through lawful channels without an early termination penalty. Under BTK rules, receipt is acknowledged and charging stopped within 24 hours; termination is completed within 7 days. Final billing, refunds and equipment return follow applicable law. Lawful debts accrued before termination remain payable.

ARTICLE 11 – PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Tepenet processes subscriber data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and telecommunications regulations. Purposes, legal bases, retention, transfers and individual rights are set out in a separate Privacy Notice. Lawful requests from competent authorities are handled under applicable legislation. Marketing communications consent, where required, is obtained separately from subscription approval.

ARTICLE 12 – FORCE MAJEURE AND FAULTS

Events beyond the parties' reasonable control that prevent performance are treated as force majeure only to the extent recognized by law. Tepenet receives fault and outage reports through [SUPPORT CHANNEL]. Force majeure does not eliminate obligations arising from Tepenet's own fault or mandatory consumer protections.

ARTICLE 13 – COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The CUSTOMER may complain via 0850 441 40 22 or [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Rights to use BTK consumer complaint procedures and other lawful remedies remain available. Competence and jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and courts are determined by the law in force when the claim is made. This Agreement does not restrict access to legally competent bodies.

ARTICLE 14 – EFFECTIVENESS AND LANGUAGE

This Distance Sales Agreement takes effect once the legally required subscription formation steps are completed. The order summary, fee schedule and equipment handover record are associated transaction documents. The Turkish text is primary; Arabic and English translations are provided for information, without prejudice to mandatory law. Contract date: [DATE]; transaction number: [NUMBER].
